Getting ripped is all about intense exercising and nutrition.
The formula is simple but the work is tough, increase the intensity, duration or strength of your training while following a very healthy diet.
Here are some tips:

Increase duration and/or intensity of your aerobic workouts.
Increase the duration of your aerobic exercise, simply do 40 minutes instead of 30, then 45, 50 and so on, or follow more than one type of aerobic exercise, walk and then run, run and play tennis on alternate days, and so forth.
Or increase the intensity, you could just walk faster, or incline your treadmill or run uphill for example, there are several techniques that also help, like one called interval training where you do your aerobic exercise at a slow or normal pace and you suddenly sprint it at high intensity for a shor period of time, for example if you run for 20 minutes, instead of running at the same time for all 20 minutes, run at that pace for for 5 minutes and then sprint at full speed for 1 minute, then 5 minutes again of the slower pace and sprint again.
Increase muscular size and strength.
A common path followed by people that want to get in their best shape possible is to strengthen their muscular body.
You can follow the path of increasing muscular mass with higher resistance or weight lifting or strengthening your muscles with lower resistance and more repetitions or both.
In general, a rule of thumb is to exercise muscle from all muscle groups simultaneously, these are neck, chest, back, abs, upper and lower legs.
Resistance is achieved trhough higher weight sizes or equipment that puts 'resistance' or counter action to your muscles.
The methods, equipment and programs to achieve either one of these are as varied as people have tastes, the important factor here is to choose the one that best fits your lifestyle.
Common options are going to the gym, buying equipment for home and/or following the advice of personal trainers which these days are found from local gyms to online on the internet.

Nutrition is key when trying to achieve your maximum shape and staying on a healthy diet allows you to maximize your exercise efforts.
When you exercise intensely your body may require a greater amount of protein and other nutrients, however, if you ensure your daily nutrient requirements and calorie consumption according to your gender, height and weight you will be able to achieve your fitness goals.
