Losing weight is one of the hardest things to do and it didn't take you a few days or weeks to get to where you are at today.


Be realistic, set small reachable goals, if you shoot for the moon and don't get there you can get disencouraged and completely forget your new healthy habits.

Have present your motivations, remember why you are doing it in the first place, the rewards, your motivation is your engine, have it present every day and after you fall back, write them and carry them with you, put them on the fridge, whatever keeps you focus on what drives you in the first place.
