Water

For water it is important to stay hydrated during the day, the average recommended dosis is 6 to 8 glasses a day, which should be consumed evenly through the day.


Calories

To stay healthy you also need to 'replenish' all the calories you spend through the day, all your body organs require calories to function and even when you sleep you are burning calories, the average levels are to follow a daily diet that contains around 1,200 to 1,600 calories for women and 1,800 to 2,200 for men.
